How we work with Founders & Executives

Phase 1: Diagnose & Hit The Ground Running (3 weeks)

  • Full-time embedding with day to day work. Make quick fixes with team
  • Understand dynamics and decision-making patterns. Assess founder involvement and delegation points.
  • Deliver concrete recommendations and roadmap

Phase 2: Embedded Implementation (1-3 months)

  • Lead critical product initiatives to demonstrate better ways of working
  • Create clear delegation frameworks for founder oversight
  • Identify strong internal candidates to take on partial product leadership responsibilities
  • Coach team members on taking on partial or full responsibility for leadership, prioritization, communication and user insight
  • Implement minimal, lightweight, automated processes where effective

Phase 3: Exit. You’ll walk away with either

  • An empowered team that can drive execution independently
  • OR a team superharged on frameworks, heuristics and tools to improve velocity and impact
  • Ongoing support for first 1~2 months after exit.
  • Longer-term embedded services in some cases, if needed
